Gestalt psychotherapy
Body and emotion focused therapy, which helps heal and resolve unfinished business and old painful dynamics that are reoccurring in the now. The main aim is to raise awareness – of yourself and how you operate in the world where you’re remaining stuck. From there we move to being more responsible in what we do. And also more response able – more able to respond to my own needs and issues as they arise. Gestalt therapy is very here and now, it uses phenomenological approach, which means that therapist instead of analyzing and prescribing seeks to understand the client’s subjective experience. Here we also use I-thou relationship, where we want to connect fully and instead of "an expert" be a human in the room. This is how people learn to be in a relationship and that’s where people heal. People in this therapy are seen not as though something is wrong with them but rather as individuals who created adaptations (strategies, mechanisms) in order to live through the past experiences. Even though the strategies helped in the past, now they may be obstacles to creating close relationships and personal growth. Gestalt therapy helps to become aware of all this and take responsibility in taking steps towards change.
Body and movement
The body is very important, and not less important than words, which can be affected by our beliefs and attitudes. We make body "speak" through movement, stronger gestures etc. My own experience with body practices, such as yoga, dance, helped me to deepen my understanding of the body, experience mind's clarity, experience emotional benefits, when there is more space and flexibility in the body. I bring this to sessions with clients.



Holistic coaching
Coaching is intended to help clients achieve desired change in various spheres of life. This process is directed towards specific steps. Coaching also suits those who are confused about what they want, or it's generally hard for them to achieve goals or even set them. Coaching helps to disperse mental and emotional fog. The purpose of holistic coaching is to connect all parts: mental, emotional, body and spiritual levels. Here we can also apply therapy tools if strong emotions arise in the process. Coaching session and client's feelings during the process depend on the relationship between a coach and a client. In a relationship, which has safety, there is enough space to simply be, a client can look at life with more sensitivity and employ more creativity when coming up with possible scenarios.

The first 30 min. call is free.
Individual therapy
Adults' therapy, during which I apply Gestalt psychotherapy, body practice elements, breathing practice elements, and free flow writing. Therapy is typically a longer process, which could last from several months to several years - it's very individual, there are no general rules.
Duration 50 min. Price 50 EUR
Consultations
Consultations mainly include coaching and Gestalt therapy elements. The number of sessions can range from one meeting to several or more meetings. I also apply body practice elements, breathing practice elements, and free flow writing.
In these meetings a client can clarify the problem (if it's not clear before) and the needs, can find out next steps which may lead to a desired change.
Duration 90 min. Price 70 EUR
In this therapy couples may explore their relationship, if they experience miscommunication, crises or simply want to strengthen their connection. I apply Gestalt psychotherapy, family and extended family genograms.
